In order to successfully obtain just the data you may need, do not filter all available options. Focus on the ones you need for the race you are working on. For example, for State Lower House race, select two filters: State and State Lower House number. Often boundaries are crossed between different jurisdiction levels and we have extracted these numbers for you already to avoid duplicates.

1. State

We support all 50 states but they come in two categories.

- Unrestricted states are directly listed in the state accordion and are ready for selection. You can select and check out only one state per time.

There are currently 16 states that are available for direct selection.

After you select the appropriate state, lock the selection by clicking on the lock icon

After locking the selection should be confirmed and looks like that

- Restricted states.

To access restricted states you need to first select "Not found? Click here" in the state selection drop down. That will bring you to a new page.

Select the state you are interested in.

That will open legal restriction agreement that user needs to confirm. The restriction is per state.

That action opens another section of the page where is read:

"To better serve you, you must provide Secretary of State registration public link for the campaign you represent, campaign phone or email that are also listed on the registered campaign, and person for contact. We will send you separate NDA to fill in order to obtain data voter list on the registry listed email/phone/address."

Fill all fields to help us. Send the form to us by clicking Send button. Upon receive we will verify the data and grant you access to data if verification passes.

2. Select lower level jurisdictions.

These are the current jurisdictions user can select

They are ordered top to bottom.
If county crosses congressional districts, use can select the desired district, then the county and the selected numbers will reflect on the part of the county that is in the district.

Example below where Kent county MI is inside two congressional districts.

When user selects Second Congressional district in Michigan the system calculates these numbers

if user now go ahead and add a more specific jurisdiction like Kent county, the result will shrink only to the part of Kent county that is part of Second District.

It is important to note that user can check out at any time selection is done.

User must understand basic jurisdiction boundaries to avoid double booking.

1. Age.

User can select upper and lower bound for age restriction. By default lower bound is 18 years, upper bound is 125 years.

2. Gender

User can select male or female. If user does not select anything both selection are considered checked.
