WalkLists Account & Data Deletion
You can request permanent deletion of your WalkLists account and personal data at any time — no login required.
What gets deleted
When we process your request, we permanently delete the account and the personal data we control, including:
- Your account profile (name, email, credentials, sign-in identifiers).
- Your field activity tied to your account (knocks, notes, survey responses, photos you captured, and GPS stamps).
- Your role and team memberships.
What may be retained
- Records required by law — for example, transaction and billing records we must keep for tax and accounting. These are not used for any other purpose.
- An organization's uploaded contact lists — the voter and contact lists belong to the organization that uploaded them, not to your personal account. If you are an admin who needs those deleted, tell us in the box below; if you are an individual whose information appears in a customer's list, contact that organization directly (we will support them).
How long it takes & changing your mind
After you confirm, your account is scheduled for permanent deletion in 30 days. During that window your account still works and you can cancel anytime (from the confirmation page or by contacting us) — so a mistaken request is always recoverable. After 30 days the deletion is permanent.
If you own a team
If you own an organization that has other members, we won't delete it out from under your team. You'll be asked to transfer ownership (or remove the other members) first — then your personal account can be deleted. Solo accounts are deleted in full.
Request deletion
Enter the email on your account. To protect your account, we'll email you a confirmation link — nothing is deleted until you click it. You can also start this from Account → Delete account when signed in, or from Profile → Delete account in the mobile app.
