This Privacy Policy applies to Scale Campaign LLC (Scale Campaign) web site WalkLists (Site) collection of data for the purposes of providing a voter data,canvassing (mobile or PWA) apps, or election service to you.

When you upload your data to Scale Campaign servers, Scale Campaign will offer an industry standard secure method of transfer the data using HTTPS protocol. Scale Campaign will use its secure server infrastructure to process your data.

We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, including appropriate encryption and physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store your data. We restrict access to your information to Scale Campaign employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and may be subject to discipline, including termination and criminal prosecution, if they fail to meet these obligations.

Once your data is processed, WalkLists will offer the secure methods of distributing and/or downloading your data. Your download link contains a unique URL to access your data. It is your joint responsibility with Scale Campaign to maintain the confidentiality of this unique URL. WalkLists may not keep a copy of your data in a secure location in case you need to access it again in the future as records are pay as you go and paid for one time download only per purchase. In the event you wish to have this data preserved you need to enter into a different terms of condition agreement with Scale Campaign.

Mobile apps located on Google Play and Apple Store are restricted to only fetch and provide data to authorized app users and no data can be exported via the apps at any point. All data is collected back to the servers and only authorized users granted with specific admin access can extract the collected data.

We will collect and use of personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes. We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

Like many other Web sites, www.WalkLists.com makes use of log files. When mobile apps are in use, user may request to identify itself on the map in real time. Walklists App will request access to user’s local or terrestrial networking system that is built with the help of cellphone towers (cell system) in order to identify and calculate the global positional system coordinates: latitude and longitude.

Although we have implemented systems and procedures to secure the data maintained by us, security during Internet transmissions can never be assured. Scale Campaign employees are made aware of our privacy practices through periodic communications and training. Our policy is to limit access to Personal Information to those Scale Campaign employees or agents with a specific need to access or retrieve the information. We store data on multiple service systems, in controlled environments. To maintain security, we conduct internal reviews of our security measures on a regular basis. Please note, however, that any Personal Information you post in chat rooms or message boards is available to anyone. WHILE SCALE CAMPAIGN HAS TAKEN COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE PRECAUTIONS TO SAFEGUARD PERSONAL INFORMATION, SCALE CAMPAIGN CANNOT AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE COMPLETE SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION BECAUSE COMPLETE SECURITY DOES NOT PRESENTLY EXIST ON THE INTERNET.

Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

When using WalkLists Pay as you Go services, WalkLists does not view and store any payment information (credit cards, banking). All transactions are between the user and the financial institution.

Scale Campaign will not disclose your Personal Information to any third parties without your consent; provided, however, that Scale Campaign reserves the right to use or disclose to a third party any information without a customer's consent in the following circumstances: (i) if it is requested by any laws and regulations; (ii) If Scale Campaign deems it necessary for protection and security of human life, body or assets (including the Sites); (v) if Scale Campaign outsources the handling of personal information to the extent necessary for its business operation.

Advertisements appearing on our Site may be delivered to users by us or one of our advertising partners. Our advertising partners may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement. In this way, ad servers may compile information about where you, or others who are using your computer, saw their advertisements and determine which ads are clicked on. This information allows an ad network to deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Scale Campaign only, and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.
