- Uploaded voter files and generated walk lists are retained for the duration of your subscription. Pay-as-you-go data is available for one-time download per purchase unless a separate preservation agreement is made.
- Canvassing response data collected through the mobile app is retained on our servers for the duration of your subscription and can be exported by authorized admin users.
- Usage logs are retained for up to 90 days for security and analytics purposes.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following cases:
- Service Providers: With trusted third parties who help us operate our platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics).
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

6. Mobile App Data
When using the WalkLists mobile app:
- The app may request access to your device's GPS to provide real-time location tracking for canvassing routes.
- Location data is used to display your position on the map and optimize walking routes.
- All data collected through the app is sent back to our secure servers. No data can be exported directly from the app.
- Only authorized admin users can extract collected canvassing data from the platform.
