WalkLists for Android — Data Safety
This page is the public, plain-English version of the “Data safety” section shown on the WalkLists listing in the Google Play Store. It mirrors exactly what we declare to Google, and it is governed by our full Privacy Policy.
WalkLists is a business tool for field teams. We collect what we need to run the platform — never for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes, and we use no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
Data this app collects
Each type below is collected and linked to your account, used for app functionality and account management, and — in Google’s sense of “sharing” (sending data to a third party for their own use) — not shared. The sub-processors that help us run the app are listed below and only process data on our behalf.

Security practices
- Encrypted in transit: all data travels over HTTPS / TLS.
- You can request deletion: in the app (Settings → Delete account) or on the web at walklists.com/delete-account — a path that works outside the app, as Google requires.
- Not directed at children: WalkLists is a workplace tool and is not aimed at children; we comply with the Play Families policy.
- No ad or third-party analytics SDKs are bundled, which keeps our “no tracking” statement honest.
Data we do not collect
We do not collect health data, financial account or card numbers (tokenized by Stripe), your device Contacts list, calendar, SMS or call logs, web browsing history, or the list of apps installed on your device.
Sub-processors
We rely on a small set of vendors strictly to operate the app, each disclosed in our Privacy Policy: Stripe (payments), Amazon SES (email), CSV2Geo (geocoding, maps, property data), HERE (fallback geocoding), DigitalOcean Spaces (photo storage), Google and Apple (optional sign-in), Pusher (real-time sync), ScaleChat (in-app messaging), and NREL / OpenEI / EIA (solar estimates, address only).
Your controls
Admins can export their organization’s contacts and results at any time, and anyone can delete their account and data via the account deletion page (email-verified, with a 30-day recovery window).
